Cigarette packaging machine contains feed conveyor 1, two funnels 2 and 3, belt conveyor 4, channels 5 and b located under the funnels with longitudinal partitions 7, pushers 8 block drum 9, pressing drum 1, wrapping drum 11, drum 12 for closing the top of the package and a tumble dryer 13. All drums have radially located sockets in the form of hollow mandrels.
Cigarette packaging machine (Fig.1 and 2) works as follows.
Cigarettes 14 are fed transversely to their axial direction by a belt conveyor 1 and moved into two crowns for these 2 and 3, and the distribution of cigarettes 14 along both funnels 2 and 3 is facilitated by the auxiliary belt conveyor 4. From the funnels 2 and 3 cigarettes 14 are fed into Channels 5 and 6 below, having partitions 7, are therefore in each channel 5 and 6 there are several rows of cigarettes located one above the other. Cigarettes are pushed out by means of simultaneously actuated pushers 8 filter cigarettes (pushers are preferably pushed from the filter side).

From the block drum 9, blocks of cigarettes 18 are transferred using a double spool 21. In this case, the transfer is carried out in the axial direction and the two are filled with a block drum bushing into two adjacent jacks 19 and 20 of the pressing drum 10, which are also stepped driven by two step jacks. Drying drum 13 provides a long drying time, which improves the quality of the packaging, eliminates the need to heat the nests and allows you to apply marks conveniently.
